Mr. Pandey is a passionate Training & Development professional with over 24+ years of work experience in various multinational and national companies in Customer Service, Sales & HR Training operations domain. He specializes in conducting Soft Skills programs in Colleges with special mention to Personality Development, Communication skills etc. He has worked with Amway India, Future group and Tata Teleservices Ltd. (Previously Tata Docomo) and worked on several assignments related to Change Management, Customer Service Excellence, Orientation Programs, Retail Operations, Competency mapping and assessment of Junior and Mid-Management employees & their Development. 

Mr. Pandey has played a key role in introducing a greeting culture among retails professionals in Future group and sensitized them to become more customer oriented. He has also played a key role in managing the Retail Training operations across Pan India with Tata Teleservices Ltd. Worked with Instrumentation Automation Surveillance and Communication (IASC) Sector Skill Council under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) from Oct 2019 to Sept 2020, took care of Skill Development in Educational Institutions, Govt Skill centres & Organizations and various Industries.

Currently, he is associated with BYLD Group as Sr. Consulting Partner for corporate learning & Development programs.
